All this cleaning and crafting and internet-ing has me famished! Taking a quick lunch break to enjoy a Vita-Mix smoothie…

Lunch in a glass! Yummy! This is my new favorite recipe:

  • Handful of fresh baby spinach
  • 5 to 6 fresh green beans
  • 3 to 4 baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons fat free french vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
